Founded in 2018, Project Society was built on a simple vision: to deliver luxury interiors and bespoke fit-outs with uncompromising quality. At the core of our work is our state-of-the-art factory in Al Quoz and a creative design team that brings global perspectives to every project. Because we do everything in-house—from concept and design to production and installation—we ensure superb craftsmanship, complete quality control, and peace of mind for our clients. Meet Our Founders
Project Society was co-founded by Majed Al Mansoori and Alen Residovic, who combined their shared passion for design excellence and uncompromising quality to redefine luxury interiors in the UAE. Majed, with his entrepreneurial vision, recognised the need for reliable, high-end fit-out services in Dubai, while Alen, an architect with over 15 years of international experience, brings creativity, technical mastery, and an eye for perfection to every project. Together, they lead Project Society with a philosophy that blends innovation, craftsmanship, and precision—ensuring each home is not only beautiful, but also deeply personal, functional, and enduring.

At the heart of Project Society is our state-of-the-art factory in Al Quoz, Dubai. Here, our skilled and trained craftsmen transform ideas into reality. From bespoke cabinetry and custom kitchens to tailored furniture and luxury finishes, every detail is produced in-house. By keeping everything under one roof—from design to production and installation—we ensure full quality control, precision, and accountability at every stage.

Our Process
At Project Society, we manage every stage of the journey—from concept to completion—with transparency and precision. It begins with a detailed quotation and design consultation, where our team carefully studies your space, needs, and aesthetic goals. Once the design is approved, production begins in our Al Quoz factory, where our craftsmen bring every element to life—from cabinetry and furniture to bespoke details. Our on-site team then handles the fit-out and installation, including all structural and finishing works—what we call the “dirty works”—followed by the seamless installation of furniture, lighting, and accessories. The process concludes with a meticulous handover, ensuring every detail meets our exacting standards. The result: a home designed, built, and perfected entirely under one roof.

With our team of skilled craftsmen and state-of-the-art facilities, we provide complete villa and apartment fit-outs entirely in-house. From flooring and wall mouldings to bathrooms, kitchens, cabinetry, and smart storage, every element is crafted with precision and care. We also design and produce custom TV units, movable furniture such as sofas and dining tables, as well as bespoke statement pieces—ensuring your entire home is seamlessly brought together with consistency, quality, and timeless elegance.
